At the heart of our regional conferences is a deep commitment to environmental responsibility. By focusing on local, in-person events, we significantly reduce the need for long-distance travel - cutting emissions and supporting local venues. Each event is thoughtfully designed to minimise waste and maximise impact without compromising the delegate experience.

Reusability Over Waste
We use a central stock of reusable signage, banners, and modular stands across all our events—eliminating the need for single-use materials. We also avoid excessive printed materials, instead prioritising digital resources and on-screen displays. Where handouts are essential, we use sustainably sourced paper and encourage minimal print runs. We encourage our sponsors to provide merchandise which is something which can be used repeatedly or is in a digital format.

Eco-Conscious Partnerships
We partner with venues that actively reduce their environmental impact - through efficient use of power and water, low-waste catering, and responsible sourcing. From reduced food miles to energy-efficient lighting, we seek out spaces that align with our values and help us deliver events with a lighter footprint.
